Where in Canada to lodge your passport application
Forms must be lodged in person – except when renewing a previous full-validity passport (not including renewal for first adult passport, since turning 18) - please call for an appointment to lodge your application.
If you are lodging your application in person, please call the appropriate mission to arrange an appointment time.
If you live in Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Quebec, Ontario (excluding the south-western corner below Kingston), or BERMUDA your application should be lodged at:
